Houlihan Lokey launches HL Finance
Houlihan Lokey has formed HL Finance LLC, a syndicated leveraged finance platform. HL Finance will arrange senior secured leveraged loans for financial sponsor-backed private and public companies. Also, HPS Investment Partners has agreed to participate in the transactions and provide underwriting commitments of up to $1 billion.
