Interactive story app creator Hullabalu has secured $2.5 million in funding. The investors included Rothenberg Ventures, Technicolor Ventures, Vayner RSE, Great Oaks VC, 645 Ventures, Carmelo Anthony of Melo7 Tech Partners and Nas.
