Human closes $1.055 bln Concentra sale

Humana Inc. said Monday that it has completed the sale of healthcare company Concentra to MJ Acquisition Corp. for about $1.055 billion. MJ Acquisition Corp. is a joint venture between Select Medical Holdings Corp. and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.
