Huntington Capital Backs Scentsa

Huntington Capital Fund II LP, a private equity fund focused on the lower-middle market, has put an undisclosed amount of financing into Crescent House Publishing Inc., which does business as Scentsa. The Series A equity round will help Carlsbad, Calif.-based Scentsa deploy its high-definition LCD digital media screens into Barnes & Noble College bookstores. The College Bookstore Media Network will provide live media streams to stores, and present content specifically designed for college students. No terms of the investment were released. Huntington Capital is based in San Diego, Calif.
