Icahn Sues In Bid To Foil Dell Deal

Activist investor Carl Icahn has sued Dell Inc and its board, sister news service Reuters reported, in Icahn’s latest attempt to derail a $24.4 billion buyout bid by the computer maker’s founder and CEO Michael Dell.
