Idinvest Partners raises €350m

The European mid-market private equity firm closes third digital fund above target.

Idinvest Partners has held a final close of Idinvest Digital Fund III at €350 million, exceeding its target of €300 million. The fund more than doubled the capital raised by its predecessor, which closed at €154 million in December 2015.

The investor base includes new and existing investors based in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. FFP has disclosed a commitment to the fund, having reupped from Idinvest Digital Fund II.
