iEurope Capital Sells Hungarian Ecommerce Co.
iEurope Capital has sold Hungarian ecommerce company Vatera.hu Kft to MIH Internet Europe BV, a subsidiary of Naspers Ltd. No financial terms were disclosed, except that the sale gave iEurope Capital a 13.5x cash-on-cash return and a 59% gross IRR.
