ILPA recruits Kelly as education managing director

The Institutional Limited Partners Association has named Mathew Kelly as its new managing director of education. Previously, Kelly was director of talent solutions at CEB Inc. Based in Toronto and Washington, D.C, ILPA is a member-driven organization focused on promoting the the interests of private equity limited partners.
