ILPA urges SEC to take action on erosion of fiduciary duty
The Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA), along with 35 members, sent a letter to the SEC urging the regulator to take action on reduced fiduciary duties in limited partnership agreements. ILPA wants the SEC to ensure that the fiduciary duties are meaningful in the private equity industry.
