London-based Incopro, an online IP and brand protection company, has secured $21 million in funding. The investor was Highland Europe. Houlihan Loukey was financial adviser to Incopro on the deal. In addition to the funding. Sam Brooks and Gajan Rajanathan from Highland Europe will join Incopro's board of directors.
