Independa Closes on $5M
Independa raised $5 million in Series A financing from investors including City Hill Ventures and LG Electronics USA. The company develops technology-enabled “independent living solutions” for the elderly. The round also included the conversion of the company's convertible note totaling $2.35 million, announced last April, Independa said in a press release.
