Industrial Opportunity Partners sells Kuss Filtration Inc

Industrial Opportunity Partners has completed the sale of portfolio company Kuss Filtration Inc to GVS SpA. Financial terms weren’t announced. Kuss, of Findlay, Ohio, provides specialty air and liquid filtration solutions to markets including light duty vehicle, outdoor power equipment, powersports and on- and off-highway commercial vehicle.
