Instructure to buy VC-backed Portfolium

Instructure Inc has agreed to acquire San Diego-based Portfolium, a provider of students' digital work samples. No financial terms were disclosed. Portfolium's backers include University Ventures, Seed San Diego and Vertical Venture Partners.
