Intelius Buys Spock Networks
Intelius Inc. has acquired Spock Networks Inc., a Menlo Park, Calif.-based people search engine operator. No financial terms were dislcosed. Spock had raised a $7 million Series A round from Clearstone Venture Partners and Opus Capital. www.spock.com
