Interactive Brokers to buy VC-backed Covestor
Interactive Brokers has agreed to acquire online investing marketplace Covestor. No financial terms were disclosed. Covestor's backers included Union Square Ventures,Spark Capital, Amadeus Capital and Bay Partners.
