Brynwood Partners said Thursday it agreed to buy Sunny Delight Beverages Co. from J.W. Childs Associates. Financial terms weren’t announced. Cincinnati-based Sunny Delight is a national beverage company with over $400 million in gross sales that employs approximately 480 people. Houlihan Lokey Capital Inc. advised Sunny Delight.
