JCR Capital wraps up fourth mid-market real estate fund at $306 mln
Denver-based JCR Capital, an alternative real estate investment manager, has closed its fourth fund at $306 million, beating its $130 million target. JCR Capital Income Plus Fund IV, L.P. will focus on middle-market properties in the multifamily, industrial, office and select retail sectors. Perth Advisors was the placement agent.
