Jernigan invests $9.4 mln in Florida self-storage project
Jernigan has invested $9.4 million in a proposed Oakland Park/North Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based self-storage project. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2018 and be completed in the first quarter of 2019. Self Storage Associates, Inc./Richard Beavers is the project's developer.
