Job marketplace WayUp grabs $18.5 mln Series B
Job marketplace WayUp has raised $18.5 million in Series B funding. Trinity Ventures led the round with participation from other backers that included General Catalyst, BoxGroup, Lerer-Hippeau Ventures, Index Ventures, SV Angel, Female Founders Fund, Axel Springer, CAA Ventures and OurCrowd. Concurrent with the funding, Karan Mehandru, a general partner at Trinity, has been added to WayUp's board of directors.
