Jump Capital backs MD Revolution
San Diego-based MD Revolution, a provider of chronic care management and patient engagement services, has closed $23 million in funding. The investors included Jump Capital. In addition to the funding, Dr. Garrett Vygantas, a partner at Jump Capital, has been added to MD Revolution's board of directors.
