Kainos merges Kettle Cuistine, Bonewerks Culinarte and Savory Creations

Kainos Capital has merged three of its portfolio companies Kettle Cuisine, Bonewerks Culinarte and Savory Creations. The newly combined company will now operate as Kettle Cuisine, a maker of soups, sauces and side dishes and be headquartered in Lynn, Massachusetts. Also, Kettle Cuisine has acquired Oregon-based NORPAC Foods Inc's frozen soup business. No financial terms were disclosed.
