Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors Fund IV raises more than $1 bln
Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors said Tuesday it closed its fourth fund at more than $1 billion. Investors of Kayne Anderson Real Estate Partners IV LP included institutional investors, foundations, family offices and high net worth individuals. KAREP IV will target niche sectors in the real estate market including medical office buildings, senior housing and off-campus student housing. Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors is the real estate private equity arm of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors LP.
