Kem One Group acquire Kem One Innovate Vinyls

Kem One Group SAS has acquired Kem One Innovate Vinyls from The Klesch Group . Financial terms weren’t announced. Paris-based Kem One produces and distributes rigid and flexible end products that used in sectors including automotive, construction, furnishings. OpenGate Capital, along with Alain de Krassny, acquired Kem One Group in January 2014.
