Kinderhook Industries has acquired IDQ Acquisition Corp from Castle Harlan. Headquartered in Garland, TX, IDQ is Kinderhook's sixth platform investment in the automotive aftermarket and seventeenth purchase in the space, including add-on acquisitions.
