Kinderhook's E4 Health Acquires CFN

Kinderhook Industries' portfolio company E4 Health has acquired Corporate Family Network. The deal represents the 12th healthcare services transaction completed by Kinderhook. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Dallas, TX, E4 Health is a provider of employee assistance programs and behavioral health risk management programs.
