Kindred Ventures targets $50 mln for maiden fund

Kindred Ventures is seeking to raise $50 million for its debut fund, according to an SEC filing. Founded by serial entrepreneur and angel investor Steve Jang, the San Francisco-based Kindred invests in early-stage startups.
