Kinestral lands over $100 mln Series D

Kinestral Technologies Inc, a developer and manufacturer of Halio, an advanced smart-tinting glass product for buildings and homes, has raised over $100 million in Series D funding. SK Holdings led the round with participation from 5AM Ventures, Alexandria Real Estate, Capricorn Investment Group and Versant Ventures.
