Kingsoft Office Software inks $50m

Kingsoft Office Software has secured a $50 million capital investment from Morningside Capital, GGV Capital and Shunwei China Internet Fund. In addition, Morningside and GGV will join Kingsoft Office's board of directors and will play an active role in developing Kingsoft Office's global strategy.
