Kissner Group to buy US Salt LLC

Kissner Group Holdings LP, a portfolio company of Metalmark Capital, said Oct. 31 that it will buy US Salt LLC. Crestwood Equity Partners LP is the seller. US Salt, of Watkins Glen, New York, is an evaporated salt business.
