KKR Americas XII Fund raises $13.9 bln
KKR said March 6 that its latest flagship fund closed at $13.9 billion. KKR will be investing nearly $1.4 billion in capital alongside investors through the firm's balance sheet and employee commitments. KKR Americas XII Fund will target opportunistic investments in private equity-related transactions primarily in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
