KKR and Parkway acquire Miami office tower
KKR and Parkway Property Investments have acquired 1111 Brickell, a 30-story office tower in Miami's Brickell neighborhood. No financial terms were disclosed. Square Mile Capital Management LLC originated the acquisition financing.
