KKR invests in SoftwareONE

KKR is investing in SoftwareONE and will have a 25 percent minority stake in the company. Financial terms weren’t announced. SoftwareONE's four founding partners, existing shareholders as well as management will retain a 75 percent stake in the company. Stans, Switzerland-based SoftwareONE provides software portfolio management solutions.
