KKR nears $2 billion deal for Air Medical, say sources-Reuters

KKR & Co LP (KKR.N) is in advanced talks to acquire Air Medical Group Holdings Inc in a deal that could value the U.S. helicopter ambulance company at around $2 billion, including debt, sources told Reuters.
