KKR's Bookmyer named Head of KKR Australia

KKR said Monday that Scott Bookmyer, Member and COO of KKR Asia, will also take direct responsibility for KKR Australia, effective July 1. He will move to Sydney from Hong Kong. Bookmyer will remain COO of KKR Asia Pacific.
