Koch, Goldman buy CVC's Flint Ink

Koch Industries and Goldman Sachs’ private equity arm GS Capital Partners are acquiring one of the world’s leading makers of printing inks, Flint, from buyout group CVC Capital Partners, the four companies said in a joint statement.
