Kofax announces new appointment
Kofax Limited said Tuesday that it has named James A. Urry as a non-executive director and member of the nominating committee. The appointment became effective February 3, 2014. Urry has been a partner at Augusta Columbia Capital Group since 2011. Based in Irvine, Calif., Kofax Limited is a provider of smart process applications software.
