Kuvare buys United Life Insurance
Kuvare US Holdings Inc said April 3 that it closed its buy of United Life Insurance Co. Financial terms weren’t announced. United Life, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, provides annuity and life insurance products, all focused on middle-market insurance consumers. RBC Capital Markets LLC was financial adviser to Kuvare, and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP acted as legal counsel. Kuvare is backed by Altamont Capital Partners, Makena Capital Management and Access Holdings.
