Laborie Medical Technologies has closed its buy of Medical Measurement Systems. Financial terms weren’t announced. Medical Measurement, of Enschede, The Netherlands, develops and distributes medical diagnostic systems for urodynamics, gastroenterology and neurology. Laborie is a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity.
