LCatterton exits Nature's Variety

LCatterton said May 11 it sold its remaining stake in Nature's Variety to Agrolimen, it’s joint venture partner for the investment. Financial terms weren’t announced. St. Louis-based Nature’s Variety produces pet foods through two brands, Instinct and Prairie.
