LDC sells Twofour Group to ITV for $86.4 mln

LDC, a U.K. private equity firm, has sold its stake in Twofour Group for 55 million pounds ($86.4 million). The buyer is ITV plc. The deal also include n additional performance bonus of up to 10 million pounds if ITV achieves minimum EBITA thresholds. Twofour Group, of the U.K., is a TV production and distribution company. Livingstone Partners advised Twofour.
