Leeds Equity invests in Fusion Education Group

Leeds Equity Partners LLC said Nov. 21 that it has invested in Fusion Education Group. Financial terms weren’t announced. Fusion Education, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, operates private middle and high schools that offer individualized education. Goodwin Procter provided legal advice to Leeds Equity Partners. William Blair served as adviser and K&L Gates served as legal counsel for Fusion.
