Legal cannabis company GrowLife to receive up to $40 mln

GrowLife has secured a commitment from private investment firm CANX to receive up to $40 million. Based in Woodland Hills, Calif., GrowLife develops, markets and deploys products and services that serve legal cannabis growing and retail operations.
