Legend3D Inks $8M
Legend3D, a Carlsbad, Calif.-based 3D visual effects and conversion company, has raised $8 million in Series B financing. Monaco-based Augustus Ventures Limited and Northwater Capital Management Inc. led the financing. Legend3D has worked on movies including The Amazing Spider-Man, The Smurfs, and Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
