Jon Leibowitz, former Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission, is joining Davis Polk & Wardwell as a partner in its Washington, DC office. Leibowitz served as Chairman of the FTC from 2009 to 2013 and as a Commissioner from 2004 to 2009.
