Lending Club Seals $25M
Union Square Ventures led a $25 million round for Lending Club, an online platform for for investing in and obtaining personal loans. A representative from the firm will join Lending Club as a board observer. Existing shareholders Morgenthaler Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners and Canaan Partners also participated in the round.
