Levine Leichtman-backed Mander Portman pays out dividend to shareholders

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners said Monday they recapped Mander Portman Woodward Ltd. The transaction provided working capital and helped pay a dividend to shareholders. HSBC Bank PLC provided a senior credit facility. This is the second recap of Mander Portman, which provides private education for students transitioning from secondary school to UK universities.
