Levine Leichtman exits Champion Manufacturing

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners said May 9 that it has completed the sale of Champion Manufacturing Inc. It did not disclose the buyer. Champion, of Elkhart, Indiana, makes medical seating products. BMO Capital Markets served as lead financial advisor, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey served as co-financial advisor, and Vedder Price served as legal advisor to Champion in connection with the sale.
