Lexerd buys Atlanta multifamily property
Lexerd Capital Management LLC has acquired Augusta, Georgia-based Center West Villas, a multifamily property. No financial terms were disclosed. The property, which consists of 20 two-story buildings, will be renamed Pinewood at National Hills.
