LGP and Ares-led investor group buy Press Ganey Associates
An investor consortium led by Leonard Green & Partners LP and Ares Management Corporation has acquired Press Ganey Associates Inc, a provider of safety, quality, patient experience and workforce engagement solutions for healthcare organizations. No financial terms were disclosed.
