LGP to sell USIC to Partners Group

Partners Group has agreed to acquire Indianapolis-based United States Infrastructure Corporation, provider of underground utility locating services. The seller is Leonard Green & Partners LP. No financial terms were disclosed. Ropes & Gray LLP and KPMG LLP are serving as legal and financial advisers, respectively, to Partners Group on the deal while Deutsche Bank and Harris Williams acted as financial advisers to USIC. And, Latham & Watkins LLP served as legal counsel to USIC.
